How long does it take before my orders arrive?

Blackout Malaysia aims to process all orders the moment they reach us, and ship them to you anytime between Monday - Friday. Once mailed, orders should take 3-5 working days to arrive at your doorstep.


I need it urgently, can I do a self-collection?

Why not? We're open 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 12pm - 9pm, you may simply visit us at our main store and grab your pair yourself. But before you do, state your option when making the order to prevent it from being shipped out without realising.


I'm not too sure about the sizes. How do I order?

Our sizes are based on standard Euro size 35 - Euro size 48 for most designs. Simply click on the desired Euro sizing for orders. If you'd like to be double sure about the sizes, let us know in the order comments and we'll ensure that you've got the perfect size.


Can I customise my design if I buy it online?

Need a special combination? Not a problem! Simply state your preference in order comments after selecting the desired design. (e.g. If you'd like a cross design in brown soles with black straps overlapping a white straps, simply select the cross brown soles in either black or white straps, proceed to leave a comment in the order comment, "Cross Brown Soles, Black Straps Overlapping The White Straps").


I have sensitive skin. Would the material pose an issue?

Our footwear is made of the top quality rubber and PVC. It does not contain any harmful agents to the skin, it is also water-proof and durable so rest assured you'll feel just fine.


My kid is about 8 years old, are there sizes available for him?

Our smallest size is Euro size 35 or UK size 5. We do have customers as young as 6 years old so it really depends on the feet size of your little one. Nevertheless, feel free to visit us to ensure the perfect fit.


Oh my! I got the wrong size and the colours don't really fit me?

Fret not! Simply bring it down to our main store and ensure that the goods are still in new condition. If all is good, we'll get you a new pair. However, do note that goods sold are non-refundable. Charges may apply (courier fees).
